Privacy, in plain type.
Short, because there is not much to say: a contact form, analytics you can refuse, and a demo that never uploads your photo.
Who we are. Prixvix builds web-to-print storefronts and product configurators for print businesses. This site is operated by Prixvix; you can reach us at hello@prixvix.com.
What we collect, and why
Contact form
When you send a message we receive your name, company, email address, the message itself, the page you sent it from, and — if you arrived from a campaign link — the campaign parameters in the address (for example utm_source) and the referring site. We use this to reply to you and to know which channel brought you here. Your IP address is processed to block spam and abuse. Messages are delivered to our mailbox by Resend, which acts as our processor. We keep inquiries for as long as the conversation is live and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and the contract we may enter with you (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Analytics — only with your consent
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and whether the live demo gets used, and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are actually used (scrolling, clicks, session replays — with keystrokes and form input masked by default). Neither is loaded until you choose “Allow” in the banner. If you decline, or never answer, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google or Microsoft. IP anonymisation is on; data is retained for 14 months. You can change your choice at any time from the link in the footer of every page. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it at any time.
The live demo
The Studio demo lets you place your own photo on a wall. The photo is read by your browser and never uploaded — it does not leave your device.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes connection data (including IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Fonts and scripts
Fonts are served from our own domain. The 3D engine loads the open-source three.js library from the jsDelivr CDN, which receives your IP address to deliver the file.
Cookies and local storage
Without consent the site stores only two things in your browser: your cookie choice (so we do not ask again), and — for the current tab session only — the landing page, referrer and campaign parameters used to attribute a contact-form message. Neither identifies you. Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and Microsoft Clarity cookies (_clck, _clsk) are set only after you allow analytics.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, or ask for a copy of it, by emailing hello@prixvix.com. You can also complain to your national data-protection authority.
Changes
This notice was last updated on 29 August 2026. If we add a tool that changes what we collect, we update this page before it goes live.
